Reservation flow:
● To ensure vehicle availability, we recommend booking at least one week before the traveling date.
● After submitting the quotation/booking request, a duplicate copy of your request will be sent automatically to your email. It acts as a proof that the email has reached us. If you did not receive the auto-reply mail, it could sometimes be in the junk mail folder.
● We usually take on average 1 working day to process the request. You will be replied by email regarding the availablity, and be provided with further information regarding payment to complete the booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving of the payment. You will be issued a receipt and booking confirmation via email.
● Payment can be made through the bank or using credit card. When wiring the payment through the bank, please ensure that you cover for all the bank fees so that we receive the full amount stated in the booking price.
● The name of the driver to be dispatched and vehicle number will be forwarded to you via email 2 days before the service commencement date.
