Q1: How can I book the trip?

Click the “book” at the upper right corner of the site and send it to us. Please click here for the application process.



Q2: How many days ago should I book the trip before departure day?

To ensure your reservation, we recommend at least one week before departure.Also, reservation is required two days prior to the departure date.(For example: departure date is 12/5⇒book before 12/3 24:00)



Q3: How can I change the booking content (dates, hotels, the number of passengers, pick up time)?

If you want to change the content of the reservation, please contact us by providing your name, booking number, booking content, email address and telephone number.We will send you the confirmation mail to ensure your changes. Please check your mail again.



Q4: What is the difference between the pre-paid way (bank transfer in Japanese Yen) and local payment (Currency: Japanese Yen)?

[Pre-paid] If you have confirmed reservation, please transfer the fee through your local bank to our account in Japanese yen within three days.Please scan the voucher and send it to us. Please note that we will cancel the reservation if we fail to receive the payment.[Local payment] Since the transportation distance has been determined, you need to pay the extra money to our local driver in Japanese Yen. ※Please click here for the charges.



Q5: I failed to receive the confirmation email, what should I do??

After sending us the booking form, you will receive the “automatic reply” mail to ensure the reservation. Should you not receive a confirmation email, it may due to the incorrectness of the mail address or going to the spam folder.Please refill the booking form and send it to us again. Q6: How late can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel at any time at your convenience. Please note that it my take a fee due to the cancellation.If you want to cancel the reservation, please contact us by providing your name, booking number, email address and your phone number. ※ For cancellation fee, please click here.



Q7: Can I pay by credit card?

We accept credit cards. Just fill in the form in the website.



Q8: Where is the meeting place?

From airport to downtown Tokyo or from downtown hotel to airport is available.Please check below for meeting place at the airport. You could also check the description we sent to you prior to the date

※Our driver (guide) will meet you at the Narita Airport Terminal 1or Terminal 2, Haneda Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 or international terminal at Haneda Airport with a board which has your name written on it.※If you failed to find the driver, please call the emergency contact listed in the manual of reservation (in Japanese).■Passengers from Narita Airport:

Q9: What is the local emergency contact number?

Q10: Can I change the destination, etc.? In addition, how can I pay for the fee?

You can change your destination. However, please pay the excess charges to the drivers in Japanese Yen.



Q11: Can I ask the driver who served me previous time to transfer me this time?

Of course you can. When booking, please write “the same driver who served me previous time”.However, please understand that due to the booking time and other condition, we may not be able to ensure such service.



Q12: What language can the driver speak?

Q13: Can I use this transfer service for sightseeing?

Apart from business, tourism is also available. We will provide the transfer service to make you be satisfied.



Q14: Is it possible to charter the car for a whole day?

It is possible to charter the car for a whole day. You can also charter the car to suburb. Please click here for details.



Q15: We have the plan to use your service repeatedly, do you have any discounts?

While we do not have conventional discounts, please contact us for booking. We will provide you an estimate separately.



Q16: I have to go to Tokyo urgently, is it possible for me to get the transfer service immediately?

Basically we accept booking 1 day before departure. Please contact us about the departure day and we will respond whether it is possible or not.



Q17: Is there any transfer service outside of Tokyo in Japan?

While we could provide transfer service in Tokyo immediately, please contact us 5days ago to book the transfer service outside of Tokyo in Japan.According to the destination, we could also provide transfer services in Shanghai, Beijing and other parts in China. Please feel free to contact us.However, please understand that we may not be able to provide the same level service as the service in Tokyo.



Q18: Is it possible to provide the transfer service to other places such as an event site?

We could provide the transfer service to concert and other event sites. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other needs.



Q19: If the flight arrives late, will the driver wait for me?

Our drivers know the up-to-date flight information and will wait for your arrival.



Q20: If the flight arrives late, is there any extra fee?

There is no extra fee. However, there is also the case to charge extra fee as the different distance and time with the reservation.
